*Travel fees may apply if the venue is further than 1.5 hours distance from the coordinator's home.
Travel fees are a flat rate of $100 + up to a 1-night stay in your guest hotel block.

Two.
Once you are ready to book one of our coordinators, an online contract and deposit will be sent to you to secure your date. All payments are done online to make it easiest!

Depending on the package you chose, after your contract has been signed and deposit has been made, your coordinator will reach out to you and go over any information + details. This will be when you schedule your first meeting to start the planning process.
